HOW TO SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSSES
After finished reviewing your product(s) in your shopping cart, click "CHECKOUT WITH MULTIPLE ADDRESSES". You can create new shipping address or simply choose from the addresses you have saved in your account. You can assign different address to each product you have in your Shopping Cart. After you have finished assigning the address, click "CONTINUE TO SHIPPING INFORMATION".
Please note that multiple addresses means multiple shipping fee as well, though in a single order.
All orders are sent from Jakarta using JNE courier service (www.jne.co.id)
When placing your order, please take into consideration that we ship orders from Monday to Friday at 5 PM.
Payment confirmation received after 5 PM or on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.
We will ship your order once we have received the confirmation of your payment.
Please kindly note we are unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment.
You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Please kindly note we use YES as our standard shipping rate in order to ensure that we provide you with the best service by getting your order as fast as possible to you.

Shipping fee is charged based on the weight of your order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees.

For JABODETABEK area:
Estimated delivery times: 1 working day after dispatched.
For outside JABODETABEK area:
Estimated delivery times: 1-2 working days after dispatched.
Delay might occur during public holidays.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched, with your package tracking number included, with your package tracking number included. Your order tracking number can also be found in your order details (sign in to your account and go to "My Order") and you can simply track your order directly at www.jne.co.id using the tracking number given.
- We would not be held responsible for any damage or lost in transit once we have handed over the package to JNE.
- Customer would be held responsible if JNE is unable deliver the package on time due to incomplete address, no recipient at the designated address or the recipient rejects the goods. If the package is returned to us, customer is obligated to pay the extra shipping fee.
- We will not charge any shipping fee if it is a mistake on our part, for example wrong address, wrong item.
