How can I shop or place order?

Do I need an account to order?
Yes, you need to register an account so you can make a faster checkout and payment. The information you provided regarding shipping will be saved in your account to facilitate your next order(s).

I do not get my email confirmation(s). What happened?
Please check your spam/junk folder.
If they are not in there as well, please wait for a couple moment, might be due to our busy server.

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot Your Password?” link at the Sign In page and follow the instructions.

What is the product’s warranty?
All La Mer Collections watches are sold at Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Your watch is warranted for a period of 12 MONTHS from the original date of purchase. During the warranty period the watch movement, hands, and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. The glass, battery, strap are excluded. Damages caused due to improper use of the watch are also excluded.

Will you be getting your sold out items back in stock?
Restock of products is uncertain. However, if the product is highly demanded by the customer we would reconsider.

What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via Bank Transfer (BCA & Mandiri Bank ) and via credit card (Master and Visa).

Can I purchase from overseas?
Currently we only ship to Indonesia and Singapore.  For Singapore, please visit www.lamercollections.sg

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

How soon can I get my order?
We ship orders from Monday to Friday at 5 PM. Payment confirmation received after 5 PM or on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day. We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received the confirmation of your payment. Please kindly note we are unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment.

I've put my item(s) into the shopping cart, but when I click “My Cart” only some or none of my item(s) is available. What happened?
Adding items to your shopping cart does not mean that we will hold the items for you, because several customers might be shopping at the same time so merchandise availability is not guaranteed until you check out.

Why is my order cancelled?
Maximum payment for an order is 1x24 hour after an order have been placed. If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically from our system.

Can I cancel my order?
You can not cancel your order once you have submitted your order. Please do review your shopping bag before submitting an order.  However, your order will automatically get cancelled if payment has not been made in 1x 24 hour.

Can I add an item to my order after I submit an order?
Unfortunately not, you will need to place a separate order for additional item(s) you would like to purchase.

What do I have to do if I have completed the payment but forgot to confirm within the time limit?

How can I track my order?
You can sign in and view your order history and status in your account. Or you can visit www.jne.co.id to track your order directly from JNE using the tracking code you find in your order history.

I haven't got my order, it has been late for couple days. Where is my order?
Kindly contact us at info@lamercollections.co.id / 22458B9A / +62 818 873 863, so we can check it with the shipping company. Note that if your order is sent during public holiday, there may be some delays.

What do I do if there is a problem with the product I received?

Can I exchange or return sale item(s)?
No you can't, sale items are non-changeable and non-refundable. All sale items are final.

Does your wrap watches come in sizes?
No, our watches come in 1 size per style.
Our leather wrap watches are made to fit a 13 - 16.5 cm (5 - 6 ½ inch) wrist size.
Our Oversize Square, Oversize Vintage, Carpe Diem and Ombre watches are made to fit a 13 - 19 cm  (5 - 7 ½  inch) wrist size.
Watch dimensions are listed in the item description of each individual style.
*Please note - all of our wraps and charms are not interchangeable. The only interchangeable wrap watch options are our gift box sets. 

Do you have physical store where I can visit?
