If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may exchange the items within 7 business days after the date of delivery.
Your watch must be in unused condition and in the original watchcase with all the tags still intact. If you have altered your watch in any form, with any other jewelry or watch company that is not La Mer Collections’ directly we will not accept your exchange.
Only 1 exchange is permitted after the original order has been placed. This applies to all orders through www.lamercollections.co.id.
- Please contact us at email@example.com / 22458B9A / +62 818 873 863 within 7 days after you have received the item(s).
Please provide information on why you want to exchange the item(s).
- We will response back and ONLY after you get a confirmation from us stating that your exchange is approved, you can send the item(s) back to us to the designated address (Jakarta).
- You will then have 7 days to send the item(s) back to us after you have received the email confirmation. We have the right to cancel your exchange if we do not receive the item(s) within the time limit given.
- Items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or not in condition qualified for exchange, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
We have a strict NO RETURN policy as we have performed an elaborate quality control of all of our products before we deliver them to our customers.
These exchange policies are not applied to Sale items. All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
